At Bella Vista Christian Academy, it is our sincere desire to make a quality Christian education accessible to families who seek to partner with us in their child’s academic and spiritual growth. While tuition is our primary source of funding, it does not fully cover the cost of providing a high-quality educational experience. Generous support from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and gifts from families and friends of both St. Paul’s and BVCA help bridge the gap—allowing us to maintain excellence in our programs while keeping tuition as affordable as possible.
Although merit scholarships are not currently available, we do offer tuition assistance based on both demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. In addition, we offer multi-child discounts for families with more than one student enrolled at BVCA.
All tuition assistance applications are treated with strict confidentiality, and we are committed to working with families to explore the financial options available.
Tuition assistance applications are available online through TADS, our online tuition and enrollment system. TADS.COM
We understand that every family’s financial situation is unique and personal. Tuition assistance decisions are based on the information you provide in the confidential TADS application. After a careful review, recommendations are made, and final decisions are based on the availability of funds.
While we strive to support as many families as possible, please note that resources are limited and we may not be able to meet every eligible request.
We believe the primary responsibility for funding a student’s education lies with the family. Tuition assistance is awarded to qualified families based on demonstrated need and available funding.
Once an assistance amount is approved through TADS, it will be credited directly to the student’s account. Families are then responsible for paying the remaining balance.
All tuition assistance applications and awards are handled with strict confidentiality.
